Maintenance Request

If you reside in a home managed by Relocation Realty, Inc., and have a maintenance issue, please complete the form below so that we can effectively service your request. Your requests will be handled in the order in which they are submitted. We will contact you as soon as practically possible during business hours to confirm receipt of your request and to provide a timeline for repairs. In the case of a true emergency (anything that presents a threat to health or to the property) please call our 24 hour help line at 770-641-8393. In life threatening situations such as the event of fire, please call 911. If gas odors are present, please call your gas company.

CONTACT INFORMATION: How does the maintenance person contact you? Home  Office  Fax  Other  Tenant must be present during all scheduled repair work. In the event Tenant neglects to be present for a mutually agreed upon maintenance appointment, Tenant will be a charged a $100 trip charge. In the event an emergency is present, Tenant acknowledges and understands that Relocation Realty, Inc. and it's contractors or assigns will enter the property to remedy the emergency with or without Tenant's presence. By submitting this request, I agree to the terms as they are written.
